Where do you ship? We ship across the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long will my order take? Processing takes 1-2 business days and transit 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4-9 business days.

What are the clothes made of? Wool, cashmere, cotton, corduroy, suede and leather, depending on the piece. The exact fabric is listed on every product page, and we describe it honestly.

How do I care for it? Wool and cashmere last longest when they are cleaned as little as possible: air them out, spot clean what you can and only take them for a full clean when they need it. Knitwear keeps its shape better folded than hung.

What is your return policy? You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, provided the item is unworn, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. Email info@calderavenue.com to start.

How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept? American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processed securely in USD.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After that they enter fulfillment and cannot be changed.
